Meet our team at Surface Technology<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SILEANE will participate in the next edition of the international SURFACE TECHNOLOGY exhibition in Stuttgart, Germany. We will be there from June 21st to 23rd on our stand A70, in Hall 1, to discuss the advances in robotics and AI technologies developed for surface treatment applications. We are working to provide flexible and adaptive automation solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do Sileane technologies bring to the surface treatment industry?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Automation solutions for product handling<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rovaldy<\/a> and Kamido<\/a> are dedicated to surface treatment workshops!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Automating operations that are still mostly manual, such as untapping or loading and unloading of tools for example, frees your teams from time-consuming and tedious work. You process a large variety of references, you operate frequent production and tooling changes and you have little visibility on your future production: Rovaldy automates the assembly and disassembly of parts on your multiple supports (single or double sided frames, buckles, satellites, stanchions, hooks, etc).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Vision 3D REFLEX technology developed by Sileane enables the machines to analyse the surrounding 3D space in a random situation: the trajectories of the robots are adjusted according to the exact position of the supports in space (claws, pins, strips, etc.) by an algorithm that recalculates their precise geometry in real time. The robot arms adapt their trajectories by reproducing all the finesse of the human gesture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
