Good news!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Sil\u00e9ane<\/a>, the 2022 professional equality index for women and men is still on track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2022 we confirm a gender equality index of 86%, a score of 73\/85 according to the “Professional Future” law<\/a>, which requires companies with more than 50 employees to assess their gender pay gap on the following 5 criteria :<\/p>\n\n\n\n
